You may request cancellation of your order by contacting BargainBasket as soon as possible after placing the order.
Before Processing
If your cancellation request is received before the order has been processed or shipped, we will make reasonable efforts to cancel the order.
If payment has already been made, an eligible refund will be processed according to our refund procedures.
After Shipment
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
In such cases, you may need to follow our Return & Refund Policy, if the order qualifies for a return.
Cancellation by BargainBasket
We may cancel an order in circumstances such as:
- Product becoming unavailable
- Incorrect pricing or product information
- Payment authorization failure
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Shipping restrictions
- Incorrect or incomplete customer information
If we cancel a prepaid order, an applicable refund will be processed.
